2. Vehicle sold for Local(HKG) or Export purpose only. Sold as seen and inspected. NO WARRANTY expressed or implied.


3. Customers are responsible for their purchasing decision, any advice given by Classicsracer’s employee will be based on their knowledge in the industry, customers should use it as a guide only.


4. Classicsracer Co.Ltd. is not responsible for any damage of the vehicle during transit. We highly recommend our customer to get shipping insurance in the case of an unfortunate event. E.g. Damage during shipping or lost in transit.


5. No refund will be issued for all purchases once finalized, in exception if the vehicle suffered from structural damage which deemed to be not repairable.
